Dean is 1!!!

I absolutely LOVE shooting this age:) I love their little hands flying everywhere when they learn to walk, and seeing the joy on their faces when they realize they have taken a step or few:) Sigh :)

Oh my goodness this family has their hands full! I am only on number 1 and she keeps us so busy... she is nothing compared to the energy these 2 cuties have:) I enjoyed every minute of running around after them and getting so many amazing candid images. I met this fam through a high school friend of mine (Katie... thank you so much!). I feel so blessed to be able to meet such amazing people through referrals! Kennedy is such a sweet little soul. Dean is 6 months!

I cannot believe this little man is 6 months old already! Sitting up... laughing... telling you exactly what he wants with his little dinosaur voice/scream :)... One of my dearest friends, Elizabeth, had Dean exactly a year after I had Lilianna... December 30th:) I had so much fun capturing this milestone. In the first 2 years of life it is SO important to document your babies! They grow and change SO much and you want to remember all of it. Here are a few from our shoot:)

Love these kids:) I have been photographing this family for so many years and I just love seeing them get so big! They are beautiful... and we have so much fun during our shoots:) They are pros by now and come up with their own "ideas"of where I should shoot them:) They came down to San Clemente for our session... here are a few of my favs...

Megan and Steve: Married!

Megan and Steve got married in Huntington beach... right on the sand. It was such a beautiful ceremony! Although I go to weddings all the time because of my career... I never get sick of hearing the message that is being sent, even though there are many similarities with each wedding I shoot. I think it is important to always be reminded to love and respect your husband, adore your wife, put God first in your relationship. I find myself smiling throughout the ceremony. During Megan and Steve's ceremony, they spoke of Megan and Steve and their career choices, and the way they both live a life of service to others. I think of how special that is. How it is important to each of them individually and now as a couple, and I think of how awesome it is that God brought them together and I wonder of the great plans God has for them. Megan and Steve, you are such a special couple and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for choosing me to shoot your wedding.

Megan's mom surprised her with a carriage to bring her over to the ceremony... love this look on her face:) She had no idea!

This is one of my favorite images from their wedding day. I took a second to switch cards and when I went back up to shoot... I caught this moment they were having. Megan's look is just complete happiness. I love it:)
