Rowan is here!

I got a call from Jen about a newborn shoot. I wasn't expecting the call so soon... but little Rowan decided to come a few weeks early! He didn't give his parents much down time before his birth... but isn't that what kids do? They always keep us on our toes:) Here are a few from our shoot... He is just so precious:)

Vaughn is here!

April and Todd are the sweetest. When Ryan and I moved down here to San Clemente, they brought us  a list of places to eat and visit and were so welcoming to us! I was so excited when April asked me to come over and photograph their new little man, Vaughn Ryan. It was quite eventful... Blake is still adjusting to having a little brother but she did great:) Here are a couple images from our shoot. Happy Friday!

Madison is here!

I was lucky enough to be able to shoot Danielle and Scott's engagement session, wedding day, pregnancy, and now baby Madison!!! She is so perfect and beautiful, and so so peaceful:) Danielle really outdid herself with the nursery too! Every little detail was adorable. Danielle and Scott are such a fun couple who just make each other laugh. They are going to have SO much fun as parents too.  Here are a few from our session.

The missing piece to our family...

I was so excited when my aunt Nancy called me to do this shoot!

I have to give a little background before I post this one. When my aunt was younger, she got pregnant and gave her baby up for adoption to a WONDERFUL family since she was not able to take care of the baby. This was information that no one knew about until recently. Through an act of God, my aunt finally got to meet her beautiful baby boy, Jason... and now the missing piece of our family is here:)... and we got not just 1 new family member... but 5! Jason married a beautiful lady named Missy, and has 3 kids... Hunter, Hannah and now baby Lane:) I feel so blessed to be able to meet my long lost cousin! My aunt Nancy is now complete... and so is our family:) All I can say is that God is good!!!!

I was also INCREDIBLY happy to hear that my grandparents were going to be here for the shoot. I have wanted to shoot them for so long now! They have been married for 66 years and are still madly in love:) Seriously. Look at the way Grandpa looks at her still! They have set the bar very high for all our marriages!!! 

Thank you Grandma and Grandpa.... for being such a wonderful example to all of us. Thank you for the lessons you have shown us to always put family first. Thank you for teaching us to always have a strong faith. You gave that to my mom... who taught all of us:) Thank you for teaching us that education is so important, and for supporting all of us through that part of our life. Thank you for supporting all of your kids, grandkids and great grandkids through all of the joys, struggles, and losses. You are our strength. We love you so much!
